The limited-edition Goldfish Frank’s RedHot Crackers are made with ingredients that you would find in classic hot sauce, so you’ll recognize notes of aged cayenne peppers and vinegar. Those are two elements that you’ll find in Frank’s RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce, so don’t be surprised when the crunchy bite tastes close to the sauce.
This new flavor was created to please fans who have been requesting a hot variety, the brand explains. Around 35,000 fan requests across social media asked for heat — which was the number one most requested flavor — and, boy, are they getting heat.
You might have noticed that Goldfish was teasing the new flavor collaboration on Twitter, but now you know! The Goldfish Frank’s RedHot crackers will hit shelves at retailers nationwide for a limited time beginning in May 2021. They’ll be in 6.6-ounce bags for a suggested retail price of $2.49.
